Variation: Can be a simple and cleaner, no ruffles.

*Highly recommend testing this pattern, using a similar fabric for fit adjustments, before starting your project.

Materials Needed (all materials can be found in our store!):

• 3/4 yd of Swimwear Fabric with Spandex, 54” or wider
• 3/4 yd Swimwear Lining, Optional: use power mesh at the front panel for compression
• 2 yds 3/8” Rubber or Swimwear Elastic (for leg opening)
• 2 yds 3/4” Rubber or Swimwear Elastic (for waist)

Other Notions:

• Stretch or Ball Point Needle size 11
• Fine Straight Pins or Sewing Clips
• Scissors for trimming
• Scissors for fabric
• Scissors for paper
• Textured Nylon Thread (for bobbin only) color to match fabric (I suggest Maxi Lock)
• All-purpose Polyester Thread color to match fabric (I suggest Gutermann Mara 120) or any other swimwear thread.
• Tape to mark the machine temporarily, masking or decorative (do not use clear)
