PDF "Lily" Bralette Sewing Pattern, Sizes XS-L

Lily bralette is a super cute, simple to make and easy to wear lingerie piece. It was specially designed to provide you with subtle support no matter where the day takes you: lounging, play, sleep or simply going out. The Lily features adjustable straps and seamed cups.

Use a cotton or bamboo spandex blend knit fabric for a cute, fun look, lace and/or stretch mesh for a romantic style, or stretch velvet to wear under a low cut tee or with a jacket. Make it in ivory lace with mesh for a bridal gift!

Variation: Hook and eye closure construction.

Materials Needed (all materials can be found in our store!) or request a Materials Kit for Lily, available in 6 colors.

Bra Materials:
1/2 yard of knit jersey fabric with spandex (9 inches) 54” or wider
2 yards ⅜” satin elastic for XS-L (or ½” for XL-3XL)
2 yards ⅜” picot elastic
2 yards ½” picot elastic
1 yard 1” fold over elastic
1 set of ⅜” rings for XS-L (or ½” for XL-3XL)
1 set of ⅜” sliders for XS-L (or ½” or XL-3XL)
1/2 yard stretch mesh
1 bow (optional)
2x3 or 3x3 hook and eye

Sewing Notes:
1. Use stretch or ball point needle size 75/11 or 80/12
2. Matching all-purpose thread.
3. Matching textured nylon thread for bobbin only.

See listing photo for Size Chart. Note: Size Chart is for body measurements. This pattern has negative ease to accommodate for the stretch in the fabric. Following the suggested stretch percentage when choosing the fabric is critical to achieve the right fit.
